For some reason I am unable to advance the day. All actions that would pass time are unclickable. I can interact with vendors but not the computer, bed, sex scenes, or school. there are characters that you can click and nothing comes up where usually it would say "I don't need to talk to this person". How can I fix this?

Most likely, you had some important event that absolutely had to be completed at the previous time of day, but you somehow managed to skip ahead. Now you have the important event trigger enabled, but the event itself is missing. If it's a PC version, give me your save; if it's an Android version, then honestly.
