It's an inspiration for me; I'm developing a game in the same style—not out of a desire to compete, but simply because I'm a huge fan of the genre. One game I played a lot—and still do—that serves as a major reference for me is *Incadia* from https://www.snowstep.com/web/html/incadia_home.html.

The retro style look interesting but i can't download the demo, I think you have a issue of how  you configure the link, it don't has problem with the wallpaper zip.

So an easy fix is put the exe file inside of a winrar file and configure it as an autoextraible. Consider that links are tricky somethimes work in localhost but not in production with a real url

PD: remove the ".html." of the link redirect to an empty page.

Oh, sorry—Incadia isn't my game, haha. That link is to the developer's site; my own project is still in the early stages of development in Godot and hasn't been released yet. Incadia is a game I played for a long time, and it inspired me to want to create something in that same style.
