First from the left

There will be a sign or something there that says “Bio” and shows a person. Tap the thing above the person; a red area (biscuits) will appear. Tap it 3 times, then go to BB. Next, go back to Aisle 1 and tap the red area with the biscuits again untill the text says "Am I sure stealing from my workplace?" or something like that, then go bacl to bb and give him the biscuits and you will get the scene with the jaw tattoo, but you get the jaw tattoo anyway also without the scene with the biscuits
