i cannot get the 20th ending for the life of me ;-; it's been an hour lol. is there a specific way to mess up the tutorial besides the herding?

I've seen a few people say it may be random chance? You definitely trigger it by failing the tutorial, but for some reason it doesn't seem to activate every single time lol
