Genuinely confused about the after-credit scene when you choose to confide in TJ:

Is it supposed to reference or foreshadow something that happened nefore/during Echo? Could it be foreshadowing what happens in TJ’s route? I asked a friend and they theorized that it could foreshadow TJ’s route ending with how Flynn dies (a gay man, who’s slept with many men, that dies.)
