Cool demo, it looks very stylish.
The pre-mission interface is not particularly ornate but I figured out how to buy mechs, weapons and deploy them so I believe it's functional enough.
As for the AI, the enemies try to kill me and my allies go in the right direction, but the constant mech jumping looks a bit silly.
I'm not sure what the best tactics are as all I did was walk towards the enemy and fire until the placeholder victory screen popped up. I'm not sure what would make for more interesting battles, but more terrain variation would probably help.
