Ah that's fine! :) I know how to AND i'll walk ya through it!
First you need Android studio so install that and when it's installed download the SDK command line tools and download like the SDK and NDK versions your UE engine version requires! Also you then need to install the JDK...

Also you need to install Visual Studio 2022 and install Mobile dev with C++ and everything dev thing that says C++
