The project ended almost 3 years ago. We had emailed the community managers and were basically told our project would not be fully supported, and are not allow to monetize or even taken donations, but was appreciated. We could have tried to fight this but it wasn't worth it.
We did have plans to turn this into a fully fledged 20+ hour VN but that's impossible at this point.
As a passion project fan game, time and patience are not the issue. Not only has the original team who was working on dissolved, it's a very old project. It is basically just me left! Even then, myself and most previous members are retired from playing GFL.
