Also noticed the sex scene with Niriel runs into the same issue as with Lillian. Seems like this issue uniquely affects NPCs.
I have unlocked the mana addiction from Zahra, but all the NPCs still show H-Level locked.
Loving the game man! Hopefully this just affects Mac
