Pretty sure you gotta have a pc/laptop/mac and download it, extract all, open up the extracted folder then click on the thing with the game photo and just the game name (tjats if you got it off of the web itch.io, if you have the app like i do, just search the game up, download it, then click launch and it should open up in a few seconds) >///< lemme know if you need more help!
