Oh don't be sorry at all I know that it takes a lot of Hours to put together a Map so you will never hear me complain about that. I wish that I could help with something from my end because I think that this will be a sharp one.
I use customized, but premade buildings or it will take me a year to get the map done. I do make the signage as needed myself, like the "NE tractors" signs (Meaning both Nebraska and "any", thought it was clever ;) )
