Did you get the guild license? I've changed how i works so he doesnt start collecting until after that. And where in the map does he not disappear the city?(fixed the city bug)
Ohhhh, I thought he would come right away! I didn't get the guild license, yet. That must be why. Also it was at the gate where he spawns in for the cutscene when you first enter the town. To be more specific he is under a lamp post.
