u have to go outside lane's apartment then read all the papers that r like on/in front of his door, (i also spoke to his neighbor but idk if that's necessary for this) then keep clicking on the plate on the table in front of lane until he tells u to return it to his neighbor, do that & chat w his neighbor and then when ur finished w the convo there'll be a magazine on the floor next to his neighbor's apartment. click on that and the number should be there, i think its somewhere on the first page? from what i rmb
