How bad is it and what needs to be fixed?

Placing the tracks is the main problem. It's really difficult to line up the tracks and even if they're lined up perfectly the locomotive might derail. Even on the mod author's own map on FS22, I can't do anything without constantly derailing. Also the turntable seems to be completely unusable. Even if you get the turntable into the turntable base it doesn't really work.
