i have zero idea. i've went through and re-beat the entire game for the good ending, but good to know it wasnt intentional. i guess what might have happened is because of how i opened the game?
i play on linux so i used steam to play through proton compatibility, and maybe my data didn't save because of that? i dunno. anyways, good remake, glad i could finally play this game from when i was younger ^^
