I also went to use this and despite having both the tool bar and the anhydrous tank turned on (Missouri River Bottom, Owendale Michigan maps) it empties instantly. Tried on both maps, tried on different fields within the map. Also have PF and ThundRFS' PF Config added to my mod folder. So I definitely followed your directions lol :)
All this said, thanks for attempting to get this up and running. It was hard waiting for the originals to be fixed up and rereleased.
