Wow... Be sure to have updated AMD gpu drivers.
This seems to be the same problem as this : https://forum.godotengine.org/t/my-godot-is-broken-i-think/137264/16 and updating drivers worked for glebka.
Otherwise, everything looks fine so I don't know.
