I don't have the file on hand (i could dig it up somewhere) but i do have the only big rewrite on hand! (The rest is spelling and formatting issues)

Once per hunt, as a Threat, within the confines of a Neighborhood, the Governor chooses an exorcist who is not affected by a Campaign Goal. A twisted, gnarled tumor begins to grow on their back. After the Exorcist burdened with the tumor rests, or 1d3 scenes pass beforehand (whichever comes first) the tumor writhes itself free from the confines of the Exorcist’s flesh. It becomes a secondary, stunted sin, a sickly and half-grown Governor.

Deputy (Sin): Execution talisman - Solo (5)

Reactions:

Inflicts Stress: Attacks With: Stump limbs, Gnashing Gums (1): 3 stress, (2): 2 stress (3+): 1 stress.

Complication: Painful Existence: While the Deputy is active during the hunt, the Governor's execution talisman is doubled, as are any increases added to it while the Deputy survives. When the Exorcists face the Governor in its Palace, the Deputy lurks unseen in the surrounding scenery, and during combat with the Governor the Exorcists must spend 1d6 turns in combat searching and routing out the Deputy in order to finally be able to corner and exterminate it. Once the deputy is killed, the target of Unwanted Child of Ungrateful Means takes an injury, and the Exorcists who took part in hunting it take an amount of nonlethal stress equal to the result of the 2d3 roll, and once this resolves, the effect on the Governor’s execution talisman ends.
