the strange thing is that there is a bloody knife in one of the drawer of MC's appartment... maybe its MC who have killed someone? Maybe she's a unreliable narrator, no? 

also just to point out that in the first shift, the weirdo that was bothering us in the beginning, i dont think he showed up again afterwards. (unless im wrong idk i need to go replay again, maybe it was just in a certain route w bb) and later that night when watching the news before bed there's broadcast about a dead body found behind mad dog .. suspicious

Also also theres a poster for the thriller night party that lane mentions in the garage break with instructions to dress up as a zombie OR wear a red jacket so i think whatever happened to mc must've happened on the 31st with her and red either at this event or using it to conceal himself, also on that receipt we see a purchase of salted peanuts which at the end of shift 3 mc has no recollection of us selling but are then purchased by red 

My working theory is that red  used to  work at the garage with bb because there's a picture of Scarlette in bb's locker dated 2004, bb would have insisted in 2003 being discharged in 2007. Bb also mentions that he didn't get the bike immediately after discharging. So i think red might have given it to bb for some reason. It would also make sense if red left recently creating the need for a new hire, serkan, the beginning employment lines up with the halloween party and beginning of our memory issues

 i think something happened between BB, RB, Amelia, Lane, and MC. 

RD is dead or hurt, or/and our MC was also hurt during the traumatic event.

I have a side theory that either BB took RD's bike after something bad happened to him, or he is RD.

He painted the bike ''scarlet'' black afterward, so our MC won't remember the traumatic event that happened (the colour red and the bike, or both, might really trigger it).

Amelia was upset about something we did. 

Either we were the ones who did something intentionally or not to someone she knew, or we caused something (again, intentionally or not), and someone else possibly helped us cover it up. 

OR we know someone who did something (maybe it was for our sake or they thought so for whatever reason they had), and we let it happen, or she thinks it is our fault because that person wouldn't have done it if it weren't for us (their feelings towards us, I guess).

Also, there are those victims of serial crimes by someone, and the latest one happened to occur around the first shift

It is possible that BB had this other hidden criminal side of him (and that is RD with a scarlet as his bike and red helmet) that our MC happened to stumble across or see what he did to one of the victims, and it traumatized us so bad that we blocked his existence completely. Amelia knew who is and she is upset at us for not doing anything and being around him again.

Was Amelia a potential failed victim? a witness? Simply notice something off about him? 

Something bad happened to us, and something bad also happened to Amelia, or she witnessed something bad happen.

She is no longer talking to Lane and us.

Either BB is RB, or lane is RB, or RD was someone else entirely?

I also like the fact that the red hair on Amelia will make our MC even more distant from her after the event, even if it was unconsciously done by MC.

Possibilities are endless... :s
