I ran the game last Sunday for a Pride event online and most of the table agreed it was one of the most special one-shots they had ever played in. Because of how much referencing the text is needed, I had to work a bit and translate it to Spanish first, but it was worth it. The structure took a bit to get used for some, but once it clicked, it worked beautifully (the one place we found an issue was on who ends a duel when they are tied after 4 games, but we just defaulted to the one with the highest card in their hand).
I have to run it again (there was enough interest in the game to have more people interested than spots, and there's a policy in place to rerun them), and at least one of the players asked me permission to use my translation in the future, so it will get some more play.
Also, I know you're in a rough spot now, so sending my best wishes for a quick recovery.
