If yours shows up when you play the game a popup that says Plugin 'PoppyPlugin' failed to load because module 'PoppyPlugin' could not be found. Please ensure the plugin is properly installed, otherwise consider disabling the plugin for this project. You have to create a C++ Class as a none and name it anything. Then right click the .uproject file and click more options > generate Visual Studio Files and then open the .uproject and if it asks to rebuild moudles simply click "Yes" then try repackaging it and it should work it worked for me!
