I don't know if this is just me, but I ran through the new stages after completing the main story to grind for money and ingredients, but noticed enemies stopped pursuing and attacking me entirely. I was fine with it until I did the bounty side quest, when we got to the actual battle (after it tells you to save) my game either freezes (not letting me play out the level) or all enemies just can't be harmed at all. was curious if anyone has a save at this point so I don't have to do the whole story again.
