click through all the fanart on the ending of shift 2, after that shift 3 will appear

Are you clicking through the all the fanarts at the end of shift 2? Im on windows and that how I managed to get shift 3.

hm i had the same problem but normally after you deleted the files go back to the game and when the shift 2 is over you will see "thanks for playing" just click on the bone ,skip the fanarts and you'll be able to start the shift 3 I hope it's gonna work for you! :) (sorry if my english is so bad,I'm french :(,I hope that's understandable
