Hi Pedro,
I absolutely love your pixel art and would love to purchase this asset pack for my commercial indie game. However, unfortunately, I cannot buy or use it under the current CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
My concern is specifically with this clause:
"ShareAlike — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original." (see your link license
For a commercial, closed-source video game, this creates a major legal risk. Because a game is often considered a "derivative work" of the art assets inside it, the ShareAlike requirement could legally force me to distribute my entire game under the same open CC BY-SA 4.0 license. This would allow anyone to legally share and distribute my paid game for free, making it impossible to protect as a proprietary commercial product.
If you are open to offering this to paying customers under a standard commercial license (or CC BY 4.0, which requires attribution but drops the ShareAlike clause), please let me know and I will gladly purchase it right away!
Thanks for your time and the amazing work.
