I am also stuck, I can't find any transfer points to get to either the blue section or the yellow-lined section above it. Any hints at least? I see at least one or two spots where I would expect to jump, but am not sure if I'm just hitting a bug.

I've spent about 2 or 3 hours trying to figure it out and have come up empty. There's a guide on Patreon but I'm not paying 5 fucking dollars for it. This is one of the most common problems in the comments, and the dev needs to do something about it. I'd be more likely to spend money on the game if the solution to an early game puzzle wasn't locked behind a paywall.
