Not sure if you're still working on this, but I have a similar bug as the guy below wondercrown. The game does let me win like normal, but after I win it doesn't let me even get past the first level after beating it multiple times. I am on windows 11 and am not sure how to put into practice the fix you mentioned? Going into appdata and all that. Also gallery doesn't seem to work on first level either.
