Hmm, what graphics card do you have? Are you trying to download via the itch.io app or the browser?
The game uses some newer Unreal Engine features which aren't supported by integrated graphics unfortunately. In some cases it works, but it's not guaranteed. What you could try is updating the drivers.
I guess the download buttons only work in the browser. In the app you can use the "Install" button that appears on the bottom right.
