Thanks for the update! No worries about the ETA.
For the portrait generator, I’m personally hoping for portraits that match the existing pixel character sprites as closely as possible, so they feel like the same character in dialogue scenes.
A 3/4 perspective would be great, similar to many RPG dialogue portraits.
It would also be really helpful if the portrait generator could support:
- different facial expressions, like neutral, happy, sad, angry, surprised
- the same hair, skin tone, outfit colors, and accessories as the generated sprite
- transparent background export
- a consistent portrait size for dialogue boxes
Basically, I’d love to use the generated character sprite and portrait together directly in an RPG dialogue system. Thanks again for working on this!
