you might be getting drugged by the egg pill it turns any pregnancies from live to eggs the you’ll have to remove them then it should turn to normal pay attention to what others put into you, via text, cuz even the npc’s will stuff you with eggs i think. (i forgot what the egg pill is called)
No I mean while doing sexual entercourse npc’s can still give you pills and such and I think sometimes it hides what they are giving you as well I think
if it’s not that I’d say see if you find something similar on discord in bug reports if not make a report and see what can be done
