will it do alfalfa winrow and not convert it to grass
I cannot say, if it does or does not, my apologies!
You'll probably have to change your conversions in the FillType and FruitType XMLs in the actual map files for that. Major pet peeve of mine too. Everyone always has alfalfa set to go to chaff when using a forage harvester.
