Your plan sounds good and your vision seems really similar to what I like. I don’t know if you would need me, but I wanted to show up anyway. :)
I am a hobby storyteller (and poet). I can help you with lore, dialogue, story, etc. But I don’t have a portfolio to show you, as most of the stuff I make is just for the drawers. Also, I can help in game design, and I am not just an idea guy, I can take an idea and flesh it out pretty good without making it impossible to achieve, and I can also help balance other things in the game. I am also an artist (but I only use traditional mediums) so I can help you with brainstorming, concept art, etc. if you need it.
