Does it require bodies to respawn enemies? Because I turned it on after Leon escapes Victor and it didn't respawn any enemies in the Hospital. I think it also kept me from getting past Chunk, because the game didn't consider Chunk dead until I killed him with this turned off.

Read carefully when you have to deactivate it, obviously the mod must be deactivated before moving the cabinet where you face the big boss... I tried the mod again now and it worked very well,Tomorrow I'll make an update explaining when to disable the mod under what circumstances.
