I strongly second what @Toddrfox said.
As of right now, you've released three different versions of the game in the past 24 hours or so that are all labelled as v0.1.
-The very first release with the out of date Unity that had that rather massive exploit.
-The fixed version released a few hours later.
-This new version released today.
If someone wishes to submit a bug report to you, they'll be on v0.1, then the question becomes which v0.1? This can also lead to confusion from players about what version they have. If you still want to keep them as 0.1, you can add a letter on the end - 0.1a, 0.1b, 0.1c, etc. - to denote them.
