I really like the idea! For the tutorial, you definitely got your points across, but I noticed that it would continue even if you didn't react properly (ex: missing a bullet). It might be helpful to give the player option to try something again just so they can get the hang of how one mechanic works. I thought the level was difficult at first, but it was fun once I went through it a few times and started to get the hang of it (145 points). The collision seemed to be a little inconsistent, but that could just be a skill issue on my end lol. Overall, this is a solid entry.
