Thank you it would be a huge help but i think that he still have access to my account even though i already changed my password

and i don't think that he used his true username, i don't want a random max to be penalized .

If the person who did this read this could you at least create an alt account or rename my poke like you already did and say why you did this

yes i had those arceus

i also did have a Vulpix-SPRING with a number as a name, but just those two will more than enouth for rebuilding what i have lost

i did get the arceus and i am very grateful to you because you have spent a lot of time just for that i get back account even if "MAX" is still on it , so i have no guarantee that he will not delete it or others that you might send me .

so if you send more it would be very helpful but i have no guarantee it will not be deleted instantly
