You actually need to make like a circle around the point where you made the click on the baby (it's marked with a red point :D)
I didn't correctly explain how to calm the baby down and it is a bit hard as when you do figure it out, you do have to spin it a couple of times.
I will try adding some gifs to the page tomake it clearer, and modifying the in-game tutorial, thanks for letting me know!
