do i need to turn off vpn/antivirus or should it work with both on?
(if my taskmanager shows 10 % usage, does that mean you were on? )

Some people have had issues depending on their ISP, it's something I unfortunately can't do much about. The usage being this high is a bit odd but depending on your config not impossible.
