I’d love to play, but the game freezes my whole laptop the moment I take one step and even pressing alt+f4 takes a while to respond, if at all

Apologies, I rushed the build to finish the jam without doing a performance pass. I exported the game again and did the usual stuff that helps prevent these problems with lower end GPUs/integrated graphics. If you would be the most amazing person in the world could you check and see if that is better?
