Think about the tired, lazy player who accidentally launches your game

The tutorial is extensive and consists of 27 sections of text.
Before playing, the player will have to read these 27 sections.
This can be fixed by showing him not the entire tutorial, but only one part of it

For example, tell the player that there is a Driveway, let him place it.
Run Night, see the results, offer the player options on how to improve profits, what buildings are available
If player get something broken, show him that he can Hire Maintenance Staff
and so on

About the game description on the itch.io page, you can remove everything, leaving only a few sentences.
