I'm currently away on a business trip, so I can't dive into the code right this moment. But please rest assured, I will definitely take a close look at all your suggestions as soon as I'm back.
The Russian text issue in the compiled installer is clearly the most critical one, and I'll make it a top priority to fix. I also really like your ideas about saving settings, per-installer subfolders, and command-line support for automated builds - those are all great improvements that I plan to implement in future updates.
