it seems the active quests are listed in the completed section? or maybe it some how got completed accidentally, like i never found the cat, and i cant find it in the trailer park section. the only other quest i see is supposed to be in the sewers and cant find any progress there either. it is also in the completed section even though i hadn't been there yet.

couldn't get the charge attack to work

I also seem to keep running into infinite loading screens.

the paths that have the red x, are they paths that im not supposed to go down yet?

side note: for a pixel game it runs my pc pretty hot

Sorry of it sounds like im looking down on the game, I actually really like it. the animations and art are all great, impact frame are cool, lots of scenery and different enemies, the boss fights so far too!

Oh, no problem! I'm glad you're enjoying it. I'll break down the points by topic:

1 - In the pause menu, there's a submenu where you can see the missions you've completed or are currently working on. In this case, progress is tracked through cutscenes, but there are still some visual indicators that help track progress missing, such as a “Mission Complete” notification, markers on the map, etc. In short, there really are still visual progress indicators missing, and they’re still being worked on.

2 - The charge attack can only be performed by two heroes. The attack has only one visual indicator showing when it’s charged. This aspect really needs significant improvement.

3 - Infinite loading screen: This might be a bug, could you tell me in which scene it occurred?

4 - Yes, these are areas still under development, so they may be accessible in the future.

5 - That’s a bit strange. I’ve made a note to look into this. Does this happen all the time?

1.right in the pause menu was where i was looking, there was an active quest tab and that was empty, then in the completed quests there were 3 quests, the ointmet quest had all the tasks crossed out and i did do those, the other two quests were the cat in the trailer park and something about josh in the sewers. I havent done those yet (the also were not crossed out). I am not sure how to progress since i have searched all those areas.

2. the charge attack on i think mike (one with boxing gloves) he would wind up but im not sure how to execute it? if i hit the button again he does regular punch and if i dont hit anything he just stops winding up after a while

3. in the sewers if you go down and to the right instead of the left its a red X but it shows the ! and will cause infinite loading screen. i died a bunch in the first boss fight and sometimes after death it would infinite load

5. yes pc runs hot all the time when this game is open.

As for the charge attack, in this case, you just need to hold down the attack button. It will start charging. When a white flash appears, release the attack button.
