This version is definitively closer to a remake than a rework. Basically everything changed. The character designs and personalities, the story beats, the locations, the UI as also the gamerplay I'm not even going to get started on the massive change to the lore regarding Numen being known to humanity as whole. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, it is too soon to say with the current version, but it's definitively more like a remake.
