I haven't played, but it looks great. I am a dev myself, so I'll tell you a couple of things.
The girls look different and are really pretty, especially the one with blue eyes.
About the blonde. I think you tried to do a scar; I say this because it could be another thing. If it is a scar, you can look on the internet for what color they usually have. I made some characters with scars and you have the option to make those with the same tone of skin color and then play a bit with the brightness, a bit more or a bit less.
You don't have to, but I am saying what I would like to be told at the start.
Bloodstains: You can use "Decals"; it makes a huge difference. From "oh, paint red thing" to "oh my god, this guy is really dead". I think it would fit your AVN perfectly.
