If you don't mind me asking how do i update the mod from 1.2.2 to 1.3.1

Hello,
You need to make a new install of the latest version of the mod from the 1.2.5 version of the game. Once it's done, take your old saves (from the previous version and install of the mod) and copy them in the new install. It will automatically update your saves. Your save folder is located in the www/saves directory of the installs.
