Just like I'm losing weight with the MC, I've been doing more gym activities but I don't see any change and I don't know if I'm doing it wrong.
If you are talking seriously, notable wight changes happen after month or even years depending on the person, it just takes a ton shit of time and the moment you eat something a little too much you regain all of that weight, maintaining weight IRL is hard as hell unless you know, you are blessed with a fast metabolism (talking about weight loss)
