HaxeFlixel, compiled to HTML5. Oh, and also one asset, Computer, at the left-bottom corner is the pixelated version (via algorithms, not AI) of the real computer picture, hence it also may look like AI when it's not.
Yeah i figured it was not ai, i think its just the look of the game that make me think that, but its actually the engine...
