Custom sample import is definitely something I want to add — it's already on my roadmap. No ETA yet, but it's coming!
Thanks for the details about the hickups! Tauri on Windows is a known tricky combo for audio — the WebView2 engine can be a bit unpredictable with the Web Audio API.
A couple more questions to help me pinpoint it:
- Windows 10 or 11?
- Do the hickups happen right at launch, or after using the tool for a while?
Most likely culprits on my end: AudioContext resuming late, or buffer issues with WebView2. I'll investigate either way!
