Phase shift device makes your ship go invincible for a few seconds, and then makes it able to take dmg for a few seconds.
Then it repeats.
Ok I also beated the conglomerate faction I beated 4 of them with that cluster build
And I did it with no infinity stone tho
You can do it with no infinity stone, however it revives you when you die, giving you a second chance.
