Hi! Thanks a lot for the feedback! I do plan adding a "New game: Short" feature to the game where you'll be able to start from the tavern.
Right now, you have to start every time from your house because i wanted to make it multiplayer in the near feature and planned to add more interactions until the player reaches the tavern.
