(I know that this is probably not all going to be in the game but it is just a suggestion because I feel like it can add some new stuff to an good game

Ok but still it should be in the game and also there is a gender that exists called intersex which allows someone to be born with male and female genital go ahead google intersex

If you google it, you'll also see that intersex folk have a tiny, tiny chance of both genitals being active like they show in various hentai. The dev team want to be respectful to intersex folk, so they won't be patterning it off of fetishes if it gets in the game at all. The previous poster is right in that trans females are as close as you're gonna get

Ok fair point but still we should be able to have at least something close to futas even if it has another title we should be able to customise our character to have both genitals even if one of them is marked as fake or trans it should exist ok but you do make a fair point

why should it be in the game? there is no reason for an essentially fantasy porn trope to be in a real world college sim

i also think you can have both genitals, im cis and i play as a cis girl so idk..
